We know discrimination in the work place is against the law, but what about when the  discrimination is based on a person's body weight? Recently I ran across an employment ad that listed physically attractiveness as a requirement for employment. Unfortunately I received no response to my request for an explanation and what it (physical attractiveness) had to do with performing secretarial work. What that ad did do for me was it got me to thinking; How many plus size people, both men and women suffer from size discrimination at their place of work or when looking for work?
